Securatech (TAS) Pty Ltd is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for workers, contractors, visitors and others affected by our operations.

Our goal is to eliminate or control hazards that may result in work-related injuries or illnesses. The policy establishes our approach to preventing harm, complying with applicable WHS legislation and continually improving health and safety performance.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and other requirements related to health and safety.
  • Proactively identify hazards and manage risks through risk assessments and control measures.
  • Establish WHS objectives and performance measures to drive continual improvement.

WHS POLICY STATEMENT

Digital safety forms & records

Securatech workers can complete operational safety forms online through the secure Staff Portal. The portal provides current forms for safety records, risk assessments, Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), toolbox talks, and incident and hazard reporting.

  • Complete the appropriate form as soon as practicable and provide accurate, site-specific information.
  • Use the Staff Portal version so the current form and required fields are used.
  • On submission, a branded PDF record is generated, emailed through the approved workflow and saved in the appropriate WHS Safety Register folder.
  • Urgent hazards, incidents and injuries must still be reported immediately to the supervisor or management; submitting an online form does not replace immediate notification or emergency action.
